🎯 Zekai Challenge · Lead Generation & Sales Edition

From zero to AI master.
30 days. 5 minutes a day.

Writing outreach became free, so everyone sends more of it — and the infrastructure that receives it changed the rules while nobody was reading. One 5-minute drill a day on the parts that actually decide whether you get a reply, with the rule that stops a model inventing facts about real people.

Free forever · No app to install · Built on the Zekai Audit of 1,900+ tested AI tools

The Threshold

0%

spam complaint rate. Cross it and your mail stops arriving.

Roughly three complaints in every thousand messages. Volume outreach crosses it easily, and once your domain reputation goes, the quality of your writing becomes irrelevant.

The Real Target

0%

is what Google actually advises — not 0.3%.

0.30% is the point at which classification degrades. 0.10% is the ceiling Google recommends, because staying low is what makes you resilient to the occasional spike. Most senders aim at the cliff edge.

The Bulk Line

0

messages a day to Gmail and the full requirements apply to you.

Above that you need SPF, DKIM and DMARC with alignment, plus one-click unsubscribe and a visible unsubscribe link. Most outbound teams cross this line without anyone checking whether they met the conditions.

The plan is simple.

No course platform. No 6-hour videos. A daily drill you run in any AI assistant — built around real prospects and real numbers, and around the rule that a model never invents a detail about a person.

Day 30 has a trophy.

Finish the challenge and earn the Zekai Certificate of Completion — proof you didn’t just read about AI, you practised it for a month. Type your name. Go on.

Certificate of completion of an educational challenge — not a professional certification and not issued by any industry body. But it looks good on LinkedIn.

Questions before you start

Is this really free?
Yes. Zekai is an independent AI tools directory — the challenge is how we introduce people to the tools we test. Some tool pages contain affiliate links; the challenge itself costs nothing and requires no purchase.
Will this teach me to send more outreach?
No, and that is deliberate. When the cost of writing a good-looking email collapsed, volume stopped being an advantage and became a deliverability liability. Day 9 covers what actually governs whether your mail arrives, day 13 rebuilds sequences so every touch earns its place, and day 22 asks where your closed business genuinely came from. The answer is almost never the channel getting most of your time.
What are the sending rules I need to know?
Since 1 February 2024, Google requires every sender to Gmail to authenticate with SPF or DKIM, hold valid reverse DNS, use TLS, and keep spam rates below 0.3%. Send more than 5,000 messages a day to Gmail and you also need SPF, DKIM and DMARC with alignment, plus one-click unsubscribe and a visible unsubscribe link. Google’s own advice is to stay below 0.10% and never reach 0.30%. Day 9 walks you through auditing your own setup.
Can AI personalise my outreach for me?
It can help you use a real hook. It must never invent one — that is the rule installed on day 6. A fabricated observation about someone’s funding round, product or role is not personalisation, it is a false statement about a real person sent directly to that person, who will notice. Day 11 has you sort what is verified from what is inferred before anything gets referenced.
Can I buy a contact list?
Google’s sender guidelines say plainly: do not purchase email addresses from other companies, and do not send to people who did not sign up to get messages from you. Beyond deliverability, lawful basis for outreach differs by jurisdiction and is not optional. Day 8 has you audit where your data actually comes from and what questions to put to your provider in writing.
Why can’t I see all 30 drills at once?
Because binge-reading builds nothing. The challenge unlocks one drill per day from the day you sign — the way any skill gets built: daily reps. Day 1 is open right now so you can try it before committing.
Do I need any AI experience?
Zero. Day 1 assumes you have never written a deliberate prompt. By day 15 you will be able to spot in your own drafts the tells that make outreach read as generated.
What if I miss a day?
Life happens, and so does quarter-end. The challenge is sequential, not strict-daily. Pick up where you left off; the certificate cares that you finish all 30, not that you were perfect.
I work in a different profession. Is there a challenge for that?
