The Diagnosis

0%

of teachers report burnout.

RAND’s State of the American Teacher survey. And it isn’t the students causing it — it’s everything stacked around the teaching.

The Etiology

0hrs

worked per week — with ~4.4 hours of planning time.

Teachers average 53-hour weeks while schools provide barely four and a half hours to plan. The difference comes out of your evenings, weekends, and Sundays.

The Treatment

0min

of planning — down from 3 hours — for AI-fluent teachers.

Teachers using AI planning tools report cutting weekly lesson planning from around 3 hours to under 45 minutes. That’s your Sunday back. This challenge shows you how — in a month, for free.

The treatment plan is simple.

No course platform. No 6-hour videos. A daily drill you run in any AI assistant — designed for a teacher’s real classroom, using zero student-identifiable data.

Your 30-day chart. Every day, mapped.

Four weeks, four escalations: foundations → clinical workflows → advanced reasoning → mastery & leadership. Day 1 is open right now — try it. The rest unlock one per day after you sign the challenge, because mastery is built on daily reps, not binge-reading.

Day 30 has a trophy.

Finish the challenge and earn the Zekai Certificate of Completion — proof you didn't just read about medical AI, you drilled it for a month. Type your name. Go on.

Certificate of completion of an educational challenge — not CME credit and not a clinical credential. But it looks fantastic on LinkedIn.

Pre-op questions

Is this really free?
Yes. Zekai is an independent AI tools directory — the challenge is how we introduce professionals to the tools we test. Some tool pages contain affiliate links; the challenge itself costs nothing and requires no purchase.
Why can't I see all 30 drills at once?
Because binge-reading builds nothing. The challenge unlocks one drill per day from the day you sign — the same way clinical skills are built: daily reps. Day 1 is open right now so you can taste it before committing.
Do I need any AI experience?
Zero. Day 1 assumes you’ve never typed a prompt. By Day 14 you’ll be generating worked examples with misconception flags. Never used an AI assistant? 2-minute setup guide →
Is this safe for student privacy?
Every drill uses fictional scenarios and anonymous notes, so no student data is ever involved. The rule we drill from Day 1: student-identifiable information never goes into any AI tool — and everything gets reviewed by you before it reaches a student.
What if I miss a day?
Life happens. The challenge is sequential, not strict-daily. Pick up where you left off; the certificate cares that you finish all 30, not that you were perfect.
Is the certificate CME credit?
No — it's a certificate of completion of an educational challenge, not accredited CME or a clinical credential. It certifies you put in 30 days of deliberate AI practice.
I’m not a teacher. Is there a challenge for my profession?
Every edition is built the same way, for a different desk — you can see all of them on the challenge hub, and new professions are added regularly. If yours is not there yet, sign up and we’ll tell you the day it launches.
