A machine can produce the words. Only you can say which of them are yours, where the facts came from, and whose name is on the line. One 5-minute drill a day on the craft of writing and translating, built around the record that makes the work defensible.

The Disclosure Rule
From 2 August 2026 the AI Act requires anyone publishing AI-generated or AI-manipulated text to inform the public on a matter of public interest to disclose it — unless the text has been through human review or editorial control and a person holds editorial responsibility for it.

The Detector Problem
Seven commercial detectors were tested on essays written under supervised examination conditions. More than 61% of that human writing was classified as AI-generated. The same detectors judged native-speaker essays almost perfectly.

The Only Defence
You cannot disprove an accusation with another detector. You answer it with a record built while you worked: drafts, sources, notes and a provenance line. Day 6 installs the habit. Day 23 shows you why it had to come first.
The exemption written into the law and the standard of the craft turn out to be the same thing.
No course platform. No 6-hour videos. A daily drill you run in any AI assistant — built around your own briefs, your own drafts and your own language pairs, and around the principle that you can always say how the text was made.
Sign the challenge below. You'll get Day 1 immediately and one short email per day — the lesson, the reason, and a copy-paste prompt.
Run the day's prompt, see the result, done. Miss a day? Nothing breaks — the challenge is 30 days of reps, not a guilt machine.
Finish all 30 drills, pass a short final check, and claim your Zekai Challenge Certificate — ready for your LinkedIn profile.
Four weeks, four escalations: foundations → the draft → the languages → the practice. Day 1 is open right now — try it. The rest unlock one per day after you sign the challenge, because mastery is built on daily reps, not binge-reading.
Finish the challenge and earn the Zekai Certificate of Completion — proof you didn’t just read about AI, you practised it for a month. Type your name. Go on.
Certificate of completion of an educational challenge — not a professional certification and not issued by any industry body. But it looks good on LinkedIn.
